Our Services
Adult Therapy
Individual therapy is a confidential process that provides an open and understanding space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through collaboration with a psychologist, clients gain insight into patterns, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
Teen Therapy
Therapy for teens offers a caring and nonjudgmental space for young people to talk about what they’re going through and develop healthy ways to cope. It can help with challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, identity, and relationships. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, therapy helps teens build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma therapy provides a safe and supportive space to process difficult or distressing experiences. It helps individuals understand how trauma has affected their thoughts, emotions, and body, while fostering healing and resilience. Using evidence-based approaches, therapy supports clients in reducing distress, rebuilding a sense of safety, and reconnecting with themselves and others.
We are also experienced in working with first responders and veterans.
Using an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates interventions from:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
We collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
